A martial art focused on how to defend yourself on the ground using leverage, joint locks, and submission holds. Jiu-Jitsu was developed as a self defense tool for smaller or weaker individuals to protect themselves against larger, stronger opponents.
Beginner Striking and Protein Shakes

This class focuses on the stand up martial arts. This includes punching and kicking techniques, and involves hitting striking pads. It is a great workout and helps relieve a lot of pent up stress and aggresion.
