Evolve All ~ F.I.T (fundamental impact training)

       This class is designed to kick your butt in the most positive and effective way possible. It takes elite training techniques martial arts athletes and combines it with equipment selected to develop full body strength. These lessons are suitable for all skill levels. What you put into the class is exactly what you get back.

Classes are currently every TUESDAY & THURSDAY 7:45pm - 8:45pm.
